The smell of pumpkin spice is in the air! Get into the fall/autumn spirit with your preschooler or kindergartener using this fun pumpkin-themed pre-writing activity packet.

Pumpkin themes are really popular in the preschool setting. I wanted to create an age-appropriate way for my 4-year-old to practice some of his pre-writing lines with a fun fall twist.

I love combining as many different pre-writing skills as I can. There is much more to pre-writing skills that just practicing letters with a pencil. In fact, I suggest staying away from a pencil as much as you can and focus on more hands-on ways to use these activity pages.
