Gross Motor Skills

Before fine-tuning those fine motor skills, children need strong core muscles, bilateral coordination skills, crossing midline, and strong neck and shoulder muscles. That is where gross motor skills and activities can help facilitate stronger kids and sets them up for success in many other areas including fine motor skills and academics.
